Meet the Team

Terry W. Shelton, Sr. was born and raised in the 16th Model area and still resides on the home place. He started his career in 1971, working for E.W. Jernigan. He has also worked for other local companies over the years. “Our connection to the community helps us know the needs of our friends and neighbors,” Terry explains. “We do quality work and offer fast, friendly and efficient service. We take pride in every job!”

The installation department consists of Mr. Shelton’s sons, Terry Jr and Lonnie Shelton, help him run the business as well as the install dept. They have had experience on both commercial and residential installations. Michael Malone and Todd Patterson lead the installation department along with Stephen Gilliam. They all can perform unit replacements, duct installations, duct modifications, vent piping, gas piping and other numerous tasks.

The service department consists of Robert Denney (service manager), with Andrew Brandon, Jack Dennis, and Blake Bowman. They are all EPA-certified. Robert has 30 years of experience working with commercial and residential equipment. He has had formal training on both types of equipment. He has passed various courses of training in service and is NATE-certified. They both have experience in installation and service work and have completed training in service. They all can service any brand of equipment and also handle refrigeration, ice machines and chillers.

In the office, you’ll find Tracy Kilby the office manager and Rachelle Keiss who assists with customer service including, scheduling, dispatching, and working up estimates.
